CCR Tree wont pick up!

What should I be looking for as the source of the following problem?

Our Auto Attendant doesnt pick up after 5 rings as specified. Instead our General Delivery mailbox picks up after one ring.

Where should I look to change this?
 
Not sure if you have already checked this, but by default line answering for the AA is set to NO. You will need to turn this feature on and also if you do not want the General Delivery Mailbox you need to disable the mailbox. Hope this helps.
 
Also make sure that none of the phones with that line that rings on them is forwarded to vmail. Because the call will follow the phone and if it don't know what mailbox to go into then it will go to Gen Del.
 
Make sure you have created home menu
on path 0 and complete the tree.

Your GD MBox has been set up to CFNA from 1 phone, likely your reception phone. This must be set for 6 rings to CFNA if your AA is set for 5. There may also be other phones set to CFNA to voice mail where no mailbox exists.
CFNA rings on a set must be equal to or greater than the AA setting.

check two things first f983 go into lines check ans yes and rings set to 5
second check feature 982 pswd (operator) check ans lines to be yes
