CCR Tree programming 1

I can't get the voice mail to recognize my option/selection number "7". I thought that all levels could have eight(8) paths. "0" being the home/menu. I'm trying to make my #7 a menu path. It lets me enter the info., but when I press #7 it does not recognize the selection. Help... I hope this is the right forum. Thanks

why #7 and not just 7.

Did you disable the tree before you went in to change or add path 7. Did you save the tree and reenable the tree. Double check your programming.

If the system is a call pilot check that 7 is not being used as a menu repeat option
