CallPilot 150 System Version: 31.10.14.22
On "Custom Call Routing" we go to CCR TREE, we have this:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Key Type Description Command
Home Menu Change
Add: Menu Transfer Mailbox Information Park&Page

1 Transfer SUPPLIES Change Delete
2 Transfer MACHINE SERVICE Change Delete
3 Transfer MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Change Delete
4 Transfer PARTS Change Delete
5 Menu BILLING Change Delete
Add: Menu Transfer Mailbox Information Park&Page

.1 Transfer EQUIP LEASING Change Delete
.2 Transfer ACCT RECV Change Delete
-----------------------------------------------------------
Under Menu "5" we have two sub-choices. It is here that if you don't make a selection, the system within 5 seconds will say, "Exiting the System" and disconnect you. I have Greeting Table 1 set with the operator at 100 and the Auto-Attendant Properties has "Return to Auto Attendant" checked. I don't see any choices in Menu 5 to allow for any home or return to. I have read a few similar threads, but I think I covered everything mentioned to try in the threads to my situation.. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks -Barron

Does it work if you press 1 or 2 or dial zero. It is looking for you to dial 1 or 2 and if you wait to long it disconnects you.

it looks like your path 5 has no command entered...
i would disable the tree and make path 5 a menu and while i was in there double check that 5 1 and 5 2 are really there then reable and test.

It shows that 5 is a menu called billing with 1 and 2 being transfers.

What happens if you do the same for the main menu, does it drop or replay.

I've set this up in the lab a while back and got the same thing. I never had time to go back and try to find out why. But if you build a menu on another path then build a transfer or anything that will complete the Tree. It will follow any selection you pick from that menu but if you choose nothing at all it says exiting system. If you are at path 0 and don't choose it will go to the operator or the Gen Del mailbox. But for some reason it will only do that from a Menu on path 0.

What do you have recorded in path 0? Long ago, I used to have the customer record their entire greeting as a table greeting, and record a few seconds of silence in path 0. That made it easier for the customer to change, but it doesn't function properly for no responses. Your menus should be programmed with destination home, and your choices should be recorded in path 0.

Greeting 1: Thank you for calling Blah Company. If you know your party's ext, dial it at any time.

CCR path 0: For accounting, press 1...

This way home directed menus will go back to path 0.

Dewey 1st Reply: Choices are TRANSFER
Cook1082 2nd Reply: Yes, 1 & 2 work and you can, Press "0",
but it will disconnect you if you wait.
Norstarboy125: Yes, commands are there and working. I saw
your other post that you missed that on down
Cook1082: Yes, 5 is a menu with 2 transfers to Exts.
Hawks: Path 0?? thinking about this. Not seeing this?
RikRodgers: Same as Hawks above. This could be it, However I don't see or can't locate Path 0 in the CCR section. I only see Tree 1. Now this could be attributed to the Installer that set this up. Perhaps I should delete it all and start over? Thanks to all you who gave me feedback. Let me know if you come up with something and I'll check back later. -Barron

Once you go into Tree 1 then you can choose Path 0. Path 0 is considered the Home path of the CCR Tree. Your path 0 should be buit already because you have the other paths built off of 0. If you look I bet you will see path 0 is now a Menu.

Hawks... Take a look at my Tree 1 Screen
-----------------------------------------------------------
Tree Number: 1

Key Type Description Command
Home Menu Change <----Is this PATH "0" Called Home?
Add: Menu Transfer Mailbox Information Park&Page

1 Transfer SUPPLIES Change Delete
2 Transfer MACHINE SERVICE Change Delete
3 Transfer MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Change Delete
4 Transfer PARTS Change Delete
5 Menu BILLING Change Delete
Add: Menu Transfer Mailbox Information Park&Page

.1 Transfer EQUIP LEASING Change Delete
.2 Transfer ACCT RECV Change Delete
-----------------------------------------------------------
See the Line above called HOME... Is this PATH "0"
I clicked on Change and it take me to this:
-----------------------------------------------------------
CCR Menu Node Properties

Tree Number: 1
Caption:
Primary Prompt: Not Recorded
Alternate Prompt: Not Recorded
----------------------------------------------------------- No further Choices? I don't know why a Primary Prompt was not recorded? So,if this message is not recorded would this be the culprit? I would just think it's a recording, but maybe the system knows nothing is present and is not engaging the feature? Thank you for your continued assistance!

I think Hawks has the right answer in Post 7, I think the CCR doesn't like the no choice and is disconnecting you to save resources. I know it will back you up in Path 0, I know you can choose out of an info or leave message, but it doesn't like no choice on transfers.
