CCR on AVAYA IPO 500 v2 Release 11

Good Day to Everybody,

i have AVAYA IPO 500 V2 Rls7 with CCR Application, and thinking of upgrading the IPO Software to Release 11. Anyone here with the same set-up? I am worried that the upgrade might affect the CCR. Or my question is does the CCR still be working with the upgraded IPO?

CCR is not supported from 9.1-11
Your business partner would have told you that through the pre-sales discovery process - and that you would have to migrate to IPOCC.

The only way to report on old calls is using direct connection to SQL, or have an old IPO sat there using your old ADI licenses live on it.

CCR can confirm you have a CCR supervisor to let you login, as you effectively now have no licenses for it.
