CCR issue? 1

Anyone had an issue with CCR (all latest R6 etc on 500) where a groups voicemail will suddenly show 65000 or so messages in VM Client (and it say's it when you access the VM too) this just started happening since CCR was added, am going to run traces tomorrow :)

Does it also happen when you dial *17 instead of using visual voice?

There are some issues with visual voice.

Noticed it has been a few months with no more responses. Did anyone ever find a fix for this? Have a IP 500 V2 release 6.0.8 with VM pro running on a windows 7 pc and 1400 series digital phones. Customer is stating that when they go to check voicemail the visual voice button doesn't work and when you log in using *17 is when the system is telling them they have 65000 plus messages. Also, will not let them listen to messages. One person stated that after a few minutes it started working fine and he had ten new messages that were not their before.Restarting the services or rebooting the system seems to be a temporary fix.
 
There is a fix for this in 6.1 so you need traces etc to get a free upgrade :)

Also 6.0.8 is a bad release for v2's it will default your configuration with no warning :)

amriddle01 don't wory 6.1 goes into read only mode too :S Already had it on our inhouse switch.....

Is this 65k msg thing fixed in R6.1. I got the license free from tier 4 for a site that has this (no CCR btw!!) but I've had different answers as to if the fix is in 6.1 GA or 1st maint release.

Just wondering if I should upgrade now to 6.1 or wait until (feb??) for the maint release.

I think it is solved.
It is not mentioned in the tech bully but it is gone from the caveats site.

I saw that too. Our dusty think it is fixed in GA but I asked NPI and they said the target was 1st maint.

It's not an easy site to upgrade so only want to do it once!!!

Had a second customer refuse an IP Office yesterday as they have heard "it's become very buggy" .....I argued otherwise but they have a point it is getting a little worse, well done Avaya at least we can offer them Mitel too :) (sorry for swearing)

Lucky you, done some Mitel's but they are a pain in the ass.
The 3100 really sucks.
I got a new job starting next month. So i might get to see the CM a bit more.
