CCR and professional recording

Is there any way to get a professional recordings such as a .wav file imported into the CICS/CallPilot system?

We use a device that connects from our Audio output source thru the handset cord to get professional AA recordings

What program is used to connect to CallPilot so one can import the file?

IE thru Nic card on CP..Just launch on ip address.........CAN NOT DO ON A NAM or STARTALK
