CCR and Historical Reports Problem .

Hi ...

I Have IPCCR Installed in the Windows Server 2008R2, the status of the CCR is green and all the Services is Started and up, and now every day I can generate a reports daily, but when I need to Generate a report for a period from data to date , the reports generated empty and that thing appear when i want to generate on a spesific previous date.

What version of SQL are you using.

Also, what server specs and whats the call volume / agent size like?

Hi All ..

The SQL 2005 and the server is Windows Server 2008R2 Standard ,64-bit OS, 3G RAM, and two hard disk
now i configure 3 agent and the volume of the call is normally .
the IPCCR Created in 8/3/2012, for example when i need to generate report from for example from 9/3//2012 to 20/4/2012 no deatail generated in the report just empty but when now i generated for 13/7/2012 iits generated and ok no problem .
 
CCR is just rubbish. We dont use it anymore, and replaced 90% of our CCR installs with Chronicall from Ximasoft.

If it is running on 8.0 then only sql2008 I'd supported.
