CCR Agent's 1608 rebooting

There are several hunt groups, but only one has CCR Agents at the moment. These agents have a 1608 with there personal number (extension=700 and user=700). When they serve as agent, the log in with another user (user=800). Every agent is only using his own phone, no real hot-desking.

Base user 700 has a login code set (for later 1XP usage).
Agent has a login code, CCR-Agent and force-login ticked.

This is basically working. But several times a day the agent phones reboot. They say it happens after login, when its ringing or when in a call.

This happens only for the CCR agents! It did never happen for the other agents. And of course, it only started for these agents after we installed CCR.

Any Idea?
 
I'm still waiting for the PB. I need it to incorparate 2 CQ's! This and another for Busy Tone issues. Hoping it will be with me this week some time.

Hm... Does anyone know if that error has gone with 6.1 or the next 6.0 release?

Where do I get that PB? :-D

For anyone looking at this, i have a PB for phones logging off and 16xx Busy tone issues. Both issues are sorted with this fix.

Customer is happy and working again.

And now he wants to upgrade to 6.1. These fixes aren't in 6.1!!!!!!! ARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!

Good info everyone. I have an IPO 6.0.18 with CCR and 9620 phones doing the same thing. Reboot at agent login (they move to different phones) and/or may reboot during use. It's been a real nightmare. Also, if the display goes to the One-x screen, it freezes there.
 
Does anyone where to get the Private Builds mentioned in "Caveats" inside the knowledgebase?

Is there an public ftp or something else? Perhaps protectet via SSO Login...
 
To get the Private Builds, you will need to go through your Business Partner and get it logged with Avaya. They will let you have the build. They aren't publicly available to download anywhere.

I am a business partner and an avaya guy told he also doesn't know where to get the PB.
 
Did you raise a case?
If yes then call his supervisor.
