I have a CC 6.0 customer with coresident setup (CCMS/CCMA) and out of the blue they start getting ODBC error when running report. They also question validity of numbers in report since their CRM shows different numbers. The server is patched to the current, rebooted. Checked Nortel Solution Search, couldn't find anything. The error is below
"-2147467259:[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Operation must use an updateable query.:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers"
