CCC VM Summary Busy info

Anyone had succes in seeing information in the CCC VM Summary report, regarding number of times busy?.
Testing on 5.0.33 and 3.2 can't get it to ever show any busy information, even though all ports are busy, and further VM calls are receiving busy tone.

I have been looking at this of late, and will be raising with AVAYA, also if anbody can tell me how do you get a Unsucessful call on a topic report theres a star waiting for you.
