My company recently migrated from an enterprise phone system to the IP Office. We have several hunt groups and bought CCC to report against them. We ran into the "people in multiple hunt groups get put in the highest hunt group extension" problem.
We would rather report against the lower hunt group extension. No problem, just renumber the hunt group, right? Well, CCC Reporting isn't showing ANY activity for this hunt group now.
Is there more to changing a hunt group number than simply changing the hunt group extension? Call routing is working just fine. Thanks!
