I have many agents logged in different huntgroup.
groupe1:"SUPPort"
groupe2:"formation"
groupe3 "standards"

I have Delta server 5.0.40

In the incoming pilot summary report, I don't a huntgroup "SUPPort".

in the SMDR delta server, I see that the call in answered by agent but in the incoming pilot summary I don't see any thing .

IS it possible to add this huntgroup in the reporting ?

Just looked on the avaya knowledge base and the use of pilot numbers is not supported. - For future use

If you review the avaya docs for reporting and delta server the pilot number sections are removed

I would look at Incoming target Group summary or a ddi report

I don't see any doc indicate that pilot numbers are removed.

DDI report: call disconnected from caller is considered a lost call.

and call answered by the voicemail is considered as lost call.
in my example:
I routed a call to huntgroup via Voicemail.

I want to know lost call ( call not answered by this huntgroup)

review these docs and tell me where the info on pilot numbers are

also

Number Dialled
Number dialled by originator.

CLI
Originating line ID.

DDI Number
Direct Dialled inwards number.

Pilot Number
Pilot Number. Not supported.

Pilot Name
Pilot Name. Not supported.

Call Direction
The description of the call direction code.

Call Direction Code
The direction code of the call. The list of values shows the code description associated with each call direction.

Account Code
Last account code.

Call Identifier Number
Call Sequence number.

End of Call Flag
End of call flag (boolean).

Terminal Device
The terminal device type and description.

After the words PILOT and NUMBER you will see NOT SUPPORTED :)

Are you looking for the number of lost calls or trying to find the CLI

voiceondata

At the top you say Pilot Summary Report

yet

you then say

DDI report: call disconnected from caller is considered a lost call.

they are different reports

the ddi report is a report on the incoming external number.

the call could have been lost during voicemail and before it hit the hunt group

the incoming target group summary will show lost calls when they have hit the group

I wonder...

if Pilot reports are left over from the INDeX CCM. The IPO doesn't really have Pilots and the INDeX did. That would explain it.

I verify the doc, but I don't see that pilot summary report was removed .

I need really lost call for a huntgroup ( only call not answered by the group)

Hi, don't the report "incoming calls by target group"or "ddi summary" show what you ar looking for?

As in the Incoming calls by target group report

mentioned at the begining

I have check with out disti and the pilot summary is not supported.

Could you tell me where those reports are in the docs im confused ???

This guy is an expert at confusing threads, check his others!! I find them hard to follow too!!

there is a report "Incoming calls by target group"
in this report, it is done for some traget group but there are some group dosn't apperears in the list.

Or, those groups do not fully contain Agents (Login code/Force Login)

it seems to me that the end user needs some assistance from a fully qualified business partner it understand the benefits and short comings of CCC.

It is a great product that will only work correctly if installed and maintained.

This sounds like a problem with a person who has a small understanding of CCC trying to get reports from a improper setup

I have always open myself to be shot down here, which im sure the queue is long but get a good BP or reseller and they will sort your basic CCC issue.

Rant over thank you and good night :)
