Anyone come accross any issues? I'm getting reports of a script error when selecting a specific date for a report.

This is what the users are doing:
- Selecting a report
- adding 'specific date'
- clicking on the V to get the calander up
- clicking on a date

When clicking on the date the script error comes up:
Line 1
Char 6
Error Syntax error
Code 0

It then adds the date and the reports produce as normal.

This doesn't happen in IE6.

That's ok for a work around but are avaya aware of this bug?

I'd rather have a proper fix if there is one anywhere.

Cheers

So if micrisoft changes the way there stuff works it is an avaya bug ???

Ok cool, thanks. Just wondered if there was any offical bulletins about that's all. I'll look at upgrading as this is obviously the way to go.

I have had the same issues with IE7....I just don't allow Windows Update to install it anymore. If already in place, uninstall from Control Panel, and XP will revert back to IE6, which works just fine. Just one of the many, many issues with CCC.

Just as a quick note to this thread - just installed 5.0.56 on my machine only and still get the error.

I'll let you know once I've updated the server...
