CCC Reporter 5.0.21 not reporting historical data

I have a customer with CCC Reporter 5.0.21 installed on Windows server 2003 sp1. CCC Reporting Service stops when trying to run any tipe of report. On CCC reporter, I click Agent Activity then put in the parameter values and click OK. The dialo page says "Running report, Please wait". then goes to "Formatting report, Please wait" and the program just sits. At that time you go to services and the CCC reporting services is stopped.


The tech bulletins 49, and 119 have been run.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have seen this before with currupt printer drivers on the machine you are running the report on. Can you please setup a default windows print driver and set and default and retry.

That exact same thing happened to an install I did 3 weeks ago. I had put all of the IPOffice.exe programs in under DEP settings, and checked the tick box to allow the exe's I put in. The on site admin guy just changed the tick box to not block any program, and that fixed the problem.
