Hi Guys, just a quick question regarding CCC reports. My customer wants to know if there is a standard report which can show them the following information.
Calls into a single DDI which are answered by reception, then the reception overflow, then lost.
I have run the DDI Routing report, on the main number, but doesnt have enough information contained within it.
