All,

Does anyone know if there is a maximum number of ddi's that can be included on this report. I've got a report which doesn't show a DDI until I remove one other and this is the only option I can think of. However I am sure I've had all these numbers on the report before.

Thanks

Andrew

Thanks for your reply. It's letting me add but it's not including all of them in the results. I don't think it's DDI limit, that was just a thought.

Thanks

how are you putting them in, typing on the first screen after you select DDI reports or Adding the DDI numbers by clicking Add?

If you just type them seperated with a ; it should work. When you click Add, it will only show DDI that have data valid within your date range.

does that help?

I've tried both thanks. It's a strange one.

Incase it's useful I've got an Incoming DDI Report that has 59 DDI's on it.

Hopefully this is useful - I've got a DDI report that has 59 DDI's in it and I can add more.

i've tried it on my system and works perfect, added 87 DDI numbers.

try restarting the CCC.

what v software are you running?

Fixed it. Thanks to all for your help and advice. I tried exporting to Excel rather than PDF and it worked fine so I tried reading the PDF on another machine and it worked fine. It was the PDF reader on the server that was causing the issue, very wierd. I've reinstalled the PDF reader and it works fine now.

Sorry to have taken your time.

Andrew

Hi as1981,

I too use at my company CCC and found major issue siwht it when exceding over 20 DDI's. It will work to go over 20 DDI's but the report details will not be currect. I would advise to speak to Avaya before purchasing CCC.

I replaced CCC with Elephant Call Management System.

In which way is the data incorrect, I've not noticed any data faults?
