Here are a couple of things to try if you haven't tried them already:
Check Manager to see if your license for CCC is valid
Open Delta Server, check the Comms tab from list on the left and makes sure it is connecting to the IP Office. It should say Comms restored once it connects.
Check the License Info tab to make sure Delta Server sees the licenses on the IP Office. Restart the Delta Server Service if it does not. The licences mus show up here before everything will work.
Check the Archiver tab in Delta Server. Make sure the box labeled, "Launch Archiver at startup" is checked. Verify that the name of your CCC server is in the "Database Server" box. The Metrics and Events counters should increment if it is connected and working.
Do you have CBC and CCC loaded on the machine? I see CBC in the Manager license keys and the license keys associated with CCC. A basic CCC installation has five licenses - CCC Agents, CCC PC Wallboards, CCCserver, CCC Supervisorss and Report Viewer.
CCC and CBC use Delta Server to get data from the phone switch. I would start with a clean slate. Uninstall both CCC and CBC. Reinstall CCC to see if that fixes your problem.
Did you check "DEP" ?
Is the firewall on and did you use the avayafw batchfile to open the ports required for the applications ?
Virusscanner ?
Is the deltaserver on the same machine, if not then deinstall it and install it on the server !

The firewall is currently disabled
The virus scanner has not been installed yet
Yes its on the same machine but i am going to try installing it on a different PC
Hi, I think it seems that all licenses that comes with ccc server are missing.
Archiver, ccc reporter and wallboard server.
You should have a license valid for ccc server in IP Office
does manager say "valid" for CCC Server?
Are you using a serial licenes key?
Does the CBC Pc have the serial key?
License key Server IP Address In IPO match to new PC.
In Admin you say that the CCC Server license is installed but in DeltaServer it does not show as valid.
If you have a valid CCC Server License then you mustat least have the Wallboard Server and Archiver license with a number.
Ok well its a ip500 with a license card or what ever you call it so no needs for a license PC
Intrigrant
I have a valid CCC server license in manager but delta server tells me both Wallboard Server and Archiver have 0 licenses it like the IP500 is not telling the delta i have valid licenses..
Do they show valid in manager ?
Is there a hardware firewall in the network wich id blocking some ports ?

Is delta server talking to IP Office?
Can you see calls in event viewer?
Delta server is a small application, you could try to install just delta server on another pc an see what license information that shows.
Ok well I think I found the problem on an IP500 according to the documentation CCC is only support on Professional Edition, my system is Standard Edition...
Will keep you all updated I think I need another licence key...
So the licenses do not show valid or do they ? (nice to know )

I had it, it was due to the fact the Delta Server service starts more faster than the CCC archiver does, you should create a script to make the the DServer starting depends on the archiver one....
