Cant uninstall equ's 1

hi,

I have a CASS extension card (TLP37)
BC9

when trying to uninstal 3 lines by (ROEQE) command, i.e

ROEQE:TRU=1-31,ROU=4;

comes back as TRUNK BUSY,

getting 260 alarms (not being used)

have tried following

RFBOI
BLDBE
pulling card
SFCEI
RFPUI:UNIT=TLP37,LIM=1

cant SUSIP
LSCOP shows no connection on any of the 3 lines
BLFDP shows no blocking

any ideas

Try RFPUI:UNIT=DTRS1,LIM=1;
and TLP37.
Remove the equ's. Note: This cuts off ALL trunk line traffic from LIM1!
