Cant transfer to a analog phone

Neax 2400IPX is the switch , Users cant transfer a call to a phone, What am i missing ?

Check ASPA(L,N) for the extension number and flagged for Hooking.
Normal will allow a station to be called. Hooking allows a station to be transferred to.

Deleted the analog phone , made it a new Dterm on a new LEN still getting the same . Gezzz

Yeah, if ASPA is not in for Hooking then that will happen.
