Just recreated an SD card to 9.1.5 and then placed it in the IP500V2. tried to change mode but the IP 500 just would not take it. Tried rebooting the IP500 and still noting. Tried first with Administrator/Administrator, then tried with Administrator/password. Nothing. This is the first try at a system on 9.1.5. Did not have a problem with 9.1.4 last Thursday.

No errors... just sat there.

I went ahead and recreated the card in 9.1.4 and same issue. Recreated it again in 9.1.4 WITHOUT using the laptop for anything else until it completed, and now it allowed the change from basic to ip office. First time it's done that.
So I guess I fixed it.

Is 9.1.0.0.437 referred to as 9.1.4 and is 9.1.5 most current release?

Had something similar to this today. Would not let me change from Standard to Basic. No matter what I did. Then checked my Manager while I was logged out. Underneath the Preferences option I found that the newly installed Mangager had both the Basic View by Default and Standard View by Default checked. I unchecked the Standard View and that solved my problem. I'll need to change it back to standard and not Basic for my next install. Since it won't be Basic.
