Cant start devices

Hwen I try to install my new graphics card(geforce4 mx 420 pci), it tells me that the device cannot start(code 10). I have gone through all the steps of the windows troubleshooter, but it keeps giving me the same error. 10010101110101111100010101101

On the General Properties tab of the device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooting wizard.


This would suggest that you need updated XP driver's.

I've downloaded the most recent drivers, version 41.09, from nVidia, but it still doesnt work. 10010101110101111100010101101

Are other plug and play devices working? Is plug and play enabled on your system? Please be more specific about how you're doing the installation.
