I have a customer that all of the sudden is getting a "no carrier" error in EDC when trying to settle the batch. They are using EDC v6.2.24 (w/CED). It's almost seems like the system is trying to use the external modem (which isn't hooked up) instead of the usual DSL (TCP/IP). The DSL is working fine. I am able to remotely connect and browse the web from the server. I am quite sure nobody went into EDC and changed settings. I did read that it could by a TIME setting. I did change the TIME ZONE to the correct one - unfortunately I can't remember what it was set at prior. I hope I am making sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
