can't ping out side

any help would be helpful!!!!!
i config a bay network router and it can ping the wan gateway but i can't ping out to the anywhere out side the wan gateway!!!!!!

did you check that your gateway dosn't have any firewall
or access filters.... (you did a ppp conniction or fr.?
what r u usint for routing protocol rip or ospf or staticroute? )

if the responce of the ping command shows unreachable the cuse wold be from the device behind the gateway dosenot have a static route for your network...
if this well solve your problem then it's ok if not pls send me more details
