Cant out TN due to supervisor assigned key

I am trying to out a TN that was assigned a supervisor.
I have nulled out the key and changed it to a new ACD id, but the TN still thinks it is there.
Any ideas on how to clear that?
Am I going to have to out the supervisor phone and rebuild it before outting the tn?
 
Outting the supervisor TN did not work.
I still get SCH0767.

If the phone has an observe button, it is part of an ACD. This would mean you would have to de-aquire the phone before you can delete it. To do this go to load 48 and at the prompt type in "dacr agt XX XX XX XX" replacing the X's with the TN of the phone you are working on.
 
john - yes we have symposium and both sets are deaquired.

hayniematt-it is actually the agent phone I can't out. The ACD id was on a supervisor phone previously, but the key has been nulled out.

Thinks Supervisor 494 has it assigned on key 35

But if you go to the supervisor phone, key 35 is nulled out.
I also outed that phone and it still thinks it is on that key.

make sure the key is not assigned to the sup's phone in symposium.
 
deacquire both phones then try the out command

tried that as well. no luck.
Even with both phones deleted out of symposium, the supervisor tn deleted, it still errors out saying it is assigned on the supervisor key.

Tried nulling out the 0 key on the agent phone, and changing the acd id. no luck either.
 
Did you look in symposium call center user administation than under users. Is the supervisor set deleted out of there. This is where you define keys on sups phones for example.

In your agent phone make sure the SPID is X out. Then try.

Unable to x out the SPID, get sch0750 (already assigned).
John, was already deaquired, but aguired and deaquired again.
No luck.
Still have not had a chance to reboot yet to see if that unlocks it.
Thanks for the help so far everyone.
 
Also may as well check to see if you have all the latest patches.
