I have a customer who tries to log into ASA but is denied. When I status logins I get the following. All ports are nailed up. The customer is trying to locate the IP addresses. Is there any way to force-release these. Re-setting the clan board does not work.
Thanks

Did you try reset login then the last number. For example to reset the first entry type reset login 1.

Hope this helps

Thanks but "reset login" is not an option. This is an S8500 w/V13 CM

Command: reset system 1

or from Linux "drestart 1 1" will do reset 1 on CM

Thanks to all,
Customer's network security scan had seized all the ports. He wasn't able to release from his end. Took your advice and did a reset 1 from CM and it released the ports.
