can't find my automated attendant message

I'm a little confused with the automated attendant settings on my nortel norstar system. I want to change a greeting, but am trying to avoid messing up the old one until I get it right. We have two greetings recorded: one for our general use phone number, and one for our business offices. I have located the recorded greetings in my admin menu, and when I check them to see what's been recorded, the business office greeting plays back in its entirety. However, the main greeting recording only plays back the first sentence, a welcome. What you actually hear when you dial in is a long and detailed message, but the recording I've found is only the beginning of it. The next part of the greeting talks the customer through our various departments and their extensions. Could this section of the automated attendant be located elsewhere on the system? I've messed around in all the areas I can find under the AA menu in my admin settings, and can't seem to find the recording(s) for the rest of greeting anywhere. Hopefully I've overlooked something simple. Thanks for the help.
 
The various dept. descriptions you are talking about are recored in the CCR Tree.
 
Thoes can only be changed by disabling the ccr tree in the greeting table.Then rerecord the main menu prompt - path 0.
 
Aha! It was buried in the CCR menu. It was confusing at first, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. And I did find those recordings, so I can now change them.

Ok guy's I was able to change the main greeting on the AA
now I cant seem to be able to change the message on the Information mail box will the CCr tree need to be Disabled before I can rerecord the message??? as mentioned above. I dont mean to highjack this thread . thanks in advance
