hi Guy's

I can't remove a port of the SIU

I have 2 icind's 1 and 2

(1 is the old vmx, 2 is the new vm)

when I do a icfue:ifcind=1;

comes up with not accepted, application not removed.

problem is it comes up with an alarm as the VM is not there anymore (I think it's still physically connected though)

to stop the alarm I've lowered the alarm to a one, but I need this for the working VM

any ideas ?

cheers

LB

Hi Daddy,

VMFUP shows icind 1 is active,

cant' vmfue it, says "not accepted, update running"

cant do anything with the icfuc command.

ie cant change update time, mwf, update func.
says "not accepted, update running"

ideas ?

cheers

restart ilnp then try vmfue, that should work

What You See Is What You Get

I have had this problem before.
You need to locate the program DIM.
It is often placed in several LIMs.
This program is the main program for VM, EM and IS.
Use CNPIP:UNIT=DIM to locate.
Use RFPUI:UNIT=DIM, LIM= & ; restart.
I it does not help restart DIR, MWP in all LIMs and IHAH and IHH in LIM=1, and ILCP/ILNP in all LIMs.

Then
VMPOE:DIR=;
VMPOE:GRP=;
VMFUE:IFCIND=;
ICFUE:IFCIND=;

This will allways work...

Best regards doktor
