Can't dial short codes

Hey guys, issue: Users can't dial shortcodes.

What happens is the users pick up their handsets and it automatically selects an outside analog line. I have tried putting short codes on their phones, I have removed the user and added it back with same results.

Any ideas?
 
Get rid of line appearances, or put Call appearances on the set before the line appearances (but really, don't use line appearances)
 
That is the thing, the users have Appearances on their phones. NOT Line Appearances.
 
As far as I know, PBX mode. It is a 5.0.26

I removed ALL appearances from a test phone. The second I go offhook, it shows "External" in the display and I still can't dial any shortcodes.
 
FOUND the issue.

Customer had a shortcode of N Dial. So no matter what, any phone picked up would get external. I removed it, and BAM, shortcodes now work.

That's a bug introduced at R4 and never fixed, with dial delay count (UK/EUR) it should still wait for digits dialled to reach that limit before acting but it doesn't, it works fine pre R4 :)

Adding a user to a group on a Network Alchemy needed a reboot but was back online in 10 or 20 seconds :)
