I have a user on a ext that can't dial out. I went through the troubleshooting manual and still can't get the line to dial out. All other users can dial out. I have merlin legend with audix 5.0. Thanks in advance
I just went thru this. Extension was unrestricted, could not dial out. ARS Restriction was the culprit, set too low. As is usually suggested, first do a print-out of the problem extension, even compare it to one that is working properly.
What I did was made a print out for my ext and the bad ext and compared the two. I found the bad ext did not have an authorization code. Thanks Peeps for all your help.
