Can't dial out.

I have a user on a ext that can't dial out. I went through the troubleshooting manual and still can't get the line to dial out. All other users can dial out. I have merlin legend with audix 5.0. Thanks in advance
 
Do you have SPM?

Can you print the extension info?

Have you looked at RESTRICTIONS for this extension?

I have looked at the restrictions for this extension. For this extension, the restrictions are unrestricted.
 
Try copying another extensions lines to this one.

Even if they are using pool access, that will CLONE when you do that.
 
I just went thru this. Extension was unrestricted, could not dial out. ARS Restriction was the culprit, set too low. As is usually suggested, first do a print-out of the problem extension, even compare it to one that is working properly.
 
What I did was made a print out for my ext and the bad ext and compared the two. I found the bad ext did not have an authorization code. Thanks Peeps for all your help.
 
PRINT is a very powerful part of SPM !

I find many problems with it !
