cant change language in CMM 6 .. no advanced mgnt sftwre

Hi everyone
I have a problem. Everything is working fine, is a new installation and the voicemail too. The thing is that vm language need to be changed. I already charged the new language in CM, but when I try to change it, the advanced management software doesnt appear.
Every comment would be appreciated.

Does anyone got a similar thing?
The system was completely reinstalled 3 times, I just followed the manual, but this option is not available. Advanced mangement software
