Hi All.
Have a little issue here.
I just received a call from a customer saying he can't 4 digit dial between 2 offices SCN'd though it did work yesterday. The customer says he made no changes and I believe him because the only change I see is to an extension that he has done a number of times.
The SCN, while I was watching went up and down, and then back up after a reboot, but when I call into the number that routes to the VMPro Auto Attendant, it works fine. I dial an extension at the site where 4 digit dialing isn't working it drops the call immediately.
To summarize:
Call the office with the trouble.
Call goes over the SCN to the Centralized VMPro.
The auto attendant picks up, you dial the extension at the office that won't let you 4 digit dial, it selects the appropriate SCN line, and then the call is dropped.
Rebooted the IP office. No change
Rebooted the UCM. No change.
Any ideas?
I have asked to get their network guys to look at the network... it is a private one... but they say there is nothing wrong...
