Hello all;
I cannot seem to find which little tab or setting is messing with my mind.
I've got 2 ipo's that I connect to through an rdp connection.
Both systems are 500v2's @ 8.1.67 and up until a week ago I was able to program both sides.
I can program the local side (A) no problem but not the remote side (B).
From my local computer I'm able to ping the local router, the remote router, and a computer on the far side but not the ipo (on the far side).
If I go into System Status (A) I can ping (B), but I can't connect to (B) through System Status, Monitor or Manager!
I know the i.p. is right because a computer on the remote side IS able to ping (B) AND can connect using manager.
I had the customer shut off the IPO (B) and ping the i.p. address to verify there wasn't a conflict on the remote side.
I.T. claims they haven't changed anything.
Does this seem like there is an obvious fix? Any suggestions always appreciated.
Thanks.
