Cannot see all SCN systems in Monitor Network View

I am running Manager 8.(18) on an IP Office R 8.0 with Vocie Mail PRO and 6 total systems in my SCN group. In manager I can log in to see the SCN community but when I laungh Monitor and select Network View I can only see my system. The techician next to me has XP and can see them all. I am running Windows 7 IE 8. I can manually build each IPO but no lines to show connectivity. Anyone have any ideas why I cannot see them?

Nevermind, for some reason my firewall was not allowing the viewer program. Got it.
