CANNOT PRESS OPTIONS WHEN CALLING AN IVR AFTER UPGRADE TO 4.0.7

hey guys,
new one here....

upgraded to version 4.0.7 and when someone calls a number that has an ivr it will not let them choose the option they here. You don;t even hear the tone when you press the option. At my other site, after upgrade to 4.0.7, i didn;t get this problem.

any ideas?
 
I have a great idea
If you do an upgrade then use the latest release
Why upgrade to 4.07 when there are already 4.0.10 and 4.0.14 ?
So my idea is to upgrade again but now to 4.0.14

hey pete..is 4.0.10 and .14 stable? havent seen any postings about it...
 
4.0.10 - no
4.0.14 - I believe so but have not bothered to implement it
4.1.9 - No major issues so far
 
4.0.14 is stable
4.1.9 is stable too

Do not use 4.0.10 is you do not want reboot issues :)

upgraded to 4.0.14 and now calling an ivr works fine.

still have one strange thing. when someone externally calls us, a 0 shows up in front of the number? I checked the prefix, and it has a 9. dont know if this is the cause.
 
What locale do you use ?
And what type of phones do you use ?

using locale: Greek (Greece)
phones used are 6408, 5402, 5410, 5420 and some analog here and there.
 
Oke so you have changed the prefix to 0
But did you do the national and international too ?

It should be like

actually, my prefixes are liek this:

ok pete...added the 9 to the national prefix and problem solved.
