Cannot make outgoing call from SIP

I have configured a SIP trunk of IPO, i have done this before so many times, this time telco is different.

I am not able to make any outgoing calls, i caontacted telco and they send me the trace from their side


Traces are showing that the PBX is sending the called number as IP address in tel format which is invalid called number. PFA complete traces.

I found that when i make outgoing call the PBX is sending 172.17.84.36 instead of 966115101810@72.17.84.36

HOW CAN I MAKE THE pbx SEND THE TO ADDRESS AS 966115101810@72.17.84.36
 
Can you put the trace of the IPO here making outgoing call?

I think the problem is the the ARS shortcode...

Can you put the ARS/shortcode used for dialing in the line 17?

when i press 9 and dial number system says call rejected.
Also i have issues with incoming call i cannot hear what the caller is saying but the caller can hear me?
Is it a codec issue. i have set the codecs as the telco suggested.

2 Problems.....

Incomming calls and outgoing calls.....

1º Put here the ARS Shortcode... I think it's wrong....

2º Verify direct media path in the line 17 for the audio problems.

Changed the codes and incoming issue is solved

If you did use ARS the "@72.17.84.36" would not be necessery ( depending on sw version )
