Cannot get Feature 986 to work

I try transferring calls to voicemail and I can do F986 but when I put in the extension it does absolutely nothing. Can anyone help me? Strange thing is everything worked fine when I left yesterday and now this.

Make sure the set is set in Capabilities for Autohold-Y.

You could try Feature**xftest and test each code to see if they're active.

Try Feature 9*1 and see if you get a list of the vmail features.

When you do F986, are you actually dialing the extension number, or are you trying to use a KLM button associated with that extension?

F986, you have to dial the extension.

Thanks for all your help, but I just had to unplug and plug it back in and everything is in working order.
