Cannot change coverage path 1

Hi,

I am running Avaya Aura CM 6.0 and am having trouble changing coverage paths on a virtual extension from a station that has console permissions. Basically, I had this feature working from my phone (cos without console permissions), but it would not work from the point of service phone (same model, cor, different cos with console permissions for access to park feature). I tried changing cos parameters until I singled out the console permissions feature as the culprit. My problem is that the phones in question need console permissions to use some park and pick features. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

This worked without using telecommuter when console permissions was not enabled in the cos. I set up telecommuter, changed the autodials and now it works regardless of console permissions enablement.

True, but on IP phones it does not work and you have to use the telecommuter-access.
