Cannot add a new TN to my customer service ACD 3

I have a TN that needs to be configured to accept ACD calls for my customer service department.

I copied down the build sheet for an existing ACD station, and basically re-created it with a new ACD position ID.

Here are the errors I get.

Validation Errors:
* Field: DWC
Description: DN 32121 not in Numbering Plan.
Severity: Error

* Field: ACD
Description: DN 32121 not in Numbering Plan.
Severity: Error

* Field: ENI
Description: Associated DWC key must be previously defined.
Severity: Error
Error Code: SCH0762

What is weird is, the ACD DN is 32121 in all the other ACD phones in this department.

Can you post the TN of the set you are emulating? Also, post the programming of the ACD queue out of LD 23.

I was trying to build it with OTM. That seems to be the hiccup.

I have never built one of these things...so...I thought, hey how hard could it be....just mimic this other one....
WHATEVER!

I guess I need to build it in the terminal instead. Any pointers?

That is what I ended up doing. However, she already has an ACD-ID in Symposium "2001". So, when I try to create the key:

key 00 ACD 32121 0 2001

I get a an SCH0718 error. "ACD-ID (DN) already exists.

Is there a way I can see what ACD-IDs are already in use and what DN they are tied to?

In ld 20 print the DNB of the ACD-DN, it should list the agent ID and TN of the sets. Print the TNB of the set to get the DN.

I found an old TN that had the 2001 ACD-ID. I changed it to something else so that we could give 2001 to the requestor. It still did not work, until I realized that the phone set in Symposium for the user (with 2001 as the ACD-ID) was set to another TN. So I deleted that phoneset from Symposium and added a new phoneset with the TN that she actually uses. Then it was abale to be "acquired". Next, I Disabled/Enabled the TN, and she was able to log in successfully.
