have a CS1000 R5.5 SSC processor and trying to add a new MC32S card and when I get to XTRK is input M32S and this get me sch311 wrong mnemonics.

I have a MC32 or VGMC and it is setup for MC32, if I use that I cannot get my channels to register?

I dont think you can use an MC32S card in 5.5

I stand corrected. The 5.5 books do show M32S as a valid response.

that is my concern? it says in the NTP's that the correct response for that input is M32S (for a MC32S card)

some special notes about the system:

SSC processor R5.50J system 2121
last patch from the Deplist on SSC is P30436_1.ssc (total patches are almost 194)

just wondering if the Small System Controller is supported on R5.5?

resolved my issue, a CS1000 SSC R5.5 will support a MC32 and MC32S cards, they are configured the same way, command line in LD 14 the prompt XTRK = mc32 for both models?
