Can You Set AA (cics w/call 100) not to pick up Immed 3

Is it possible to set the AA not to pick up on the first ring? Customer would like it to ring first a couple of times.

In the call pilot you can change the number of rings for the auto att to answer. It usually is set at 2 so caller ID will work.

Yes, go into F983 and choose AA then Lines and change the number of rings to your preference.

Make sure that the lines prime to the voicemail extension and set the DRT to Prime to say 3, then you have 3 rings before your VM will pick up. Also make sure lines in AA are set to 3 as well. Also make sure that your phones in the office ring somewhere otherwise you wont hear a ring. Hope that helps a bit.
