Samc1943 is an unknown quantity at this point (<10)
OS-Windows XP Professional SP3 (going to Upgrade to Windows-7 -Ultimate)
I need to write an application that will allow some graphic features such as: scaling (changing it's size), rotate, crop, etc--maybe some more robust features like emboss, change resolution, etc.
I know Visual Basic 6 but do not know Delphi. Learning Delphi would be a "learning curve" for me but I hear it is fairly easy to learn. VB6 does NOT have the graphic functions (mentioned above) that I would like to have in this application.
My question is: Does Delphi have these capabilities? Using Delphi, can I write an application and define in a menu "Scale". In return it would bring up another screen that would allow me to change the size of a graphic.
If you can help, please do so. If you know of any examples, please send me the link.
Thanks,
Sam
