Can Not Login

I have a Definity system G3. My terminal went out but I did not bother to replace it immediately because I was using the Administration software on my laptop. Well my laptop died.

I reinstalled the admin software (nothing was documented as to passwords and modem numbers), (not very smart). I was able to find the port connected to the modem and found out my modem number. I dialed in and it brings me to the login prompt. I put in every password I can think of. I used:

the Admin login, craft and cust, nothing works. Does anyone know the standard passwords for any of these????? Please help, I canot work.

The standard password for G3 was

login - craft Password - crftpw
login - cust password - custpw

I used the help button from the software but this only helps with the basic which I already know. What is happening is that:

Definity G3 switch - on ports 10 and 12 there is a Aduix voice mail card. On the back of my switch I have a modem setup. I dial into this modem. The reason the password did not work is because it dialed into the audix not the switch console. When entering the user and pwd for Audix it works (except I have lots of funny characters everywhere).

How do I set this up to give me the Switch console and not Audix. When I dial in, it will not take any console user or pwds just audix.
