Upgraded Manager to 11.1 service pack 1. Our office IP Office is 11.0.4.2.0. No changes were made on our network. I can no longer access the IP Office with Manager on our network. SSA works fine. Sysmon works, but it takes 45 to 90 seconds to connect. Very bizarre this delay with sysmon... I can find no issues and no one else has reported this yet so no fixes exist. I have to program new CU's as they come in and the new ones are being shipped with 11.1 so I need 11.1 manager. Any ideas please? Anyone else experience this?
Thanks.

Is it giving you an error msg when you try to connect?? Are you seeing any connection alarms in SSA?

reboot the IPO and try again. Maybe she got mad that you are trying to access via a new release of Manager.

You could also try web management.

Thanks.
No. No SSA indications at all.
No. Rebooting has no affect.
Web management is not the problem. Manager is. But thanks.

try remove the manager and install another one with same release R11.0.4.2.0

I believe icet500 is correct. Try 11.0.4.2.0. Not sure 11.1 is backwards compatible although Docs say it is.

Go into web manager port 7071 and go to AppCenter and get the correct newer version of manager, this is what I had to do.

Good Luck

Again. Is it giving you a particular error message. I have seen miss match security settings blocking access, but it will give you a error window.

I agree with Budbryd. Reset the security settings and I bet you can get in.

No Binkoba. This is a standard mode release 11.0 IP Office. There is no going to it's IP address:7071
No Budbyrd. No error messages, no windows opening to indicate such. Nothing of the sort.
No telecomboy. Resetting security settings does not help.
Travis Harper I am trying to fix an issue with Manager. I have already stated that Web Manager is not an issue.
Still no reports at the support website either. Very strange.

In Manager go to file/preferences then the security tab. In there either enable or disable the secure communications option, basically toggle it to see if that make a difference. I have had that block access before.

He said there is no error window that pops up. What needs explained is where it fails. Dose manager fail to open? Does the select system window not open? Does it not see the IPO on a broadcast? Have you tried inputting the IP address directly versus the 255.etc? 'Can't access' is way to vague to offer much help with resolving.
