Can MICS Fiber Trunk Modules use same cards as 8x24 Copper Trunk Modules?

Has nothing to do with trunk cards, cards are cards.

Actually some older cards dont have a notch.Have had to take a pair of cutters and make the notch.

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"

Cutting the notch and forcing the card to fit actually worked for you? -- I would have assumed the lack of notch was to make sure it was not accidentally inserted to a cabinet that could not support the card -- any idea what the notch was supposed to prevent?

I used a dremel to shave the older DS trunk cards to make them fit in a CICS or MICS. Never had a problem.
