Essentially I have a 275658 license that I want to use on a 9.1 system istead of 339100

It depends on what you are doing.
275658 is ADI for R9.0
339100 is ADI for R9.1

Avaya ENT 339100 - IP OFFICE R9.1 SERVER EDITION ADI LIC:DS, LICENSE ONLY - RFA

On Server Edition you need the SE license matching the release you want to run. Different to IP500 where the first call sets the licensed release.

If you want to run SE 9.1 you need a SE 9.1 license or the 9.0 license together with an update license.
