The model # is NT5B74AABJ
I believe that it is a Startalk Plus Mod 4. I can't find a manual anywhere on the Nortel site (wierd) [ponder]
I have a Startalk Flash manual and I know the programming is all about the same over the Nortel units. A manual would be nice but I'm not looking for that kind of info here.

I do see that the unit has a plug for a monitor and a keyboard and possibly a mouse (I did not look too closely)

My question is this - After using the web interface on the Callpilot, I wonder, can I just hook into the system and program it directly without using the clumsy extension/feature code interface?

TIA!

not that im aware of, i've put in 100's of these & always programmed via the phone

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

The callpilot 100/150 was the first norstar mics/cics you could program with a computer.

The startalk Plus did have an option to use Norstar Voice Mail Manager (Sold Seperately) or you can use the KVM but to enable the KVM is a key code you have to purchase

BTW there have been options available for PC programming on ALL Norstars since The 8X24 Dr3 and Start Talk C Model 2.0.0.1

Thanks -

Does anyone know what the video connector on it is for?

Video Connector is for a Monitor

pst, even model C could be programmed with a dumb terminal through the RS232 port
