I have a login into a G700 and it's s8300 but don't know the sold to number. Is there a command from shell or anywhere else that will tell me what it is? I'm running CM3.1

Sometimes it is written on the smart jacks or around that area.

Orypecos - Nobody is in the office ususlly, the office is in the UK and I'm in USA. :(

DonrDeleteMeAgain - It wasn't in the bulliten either. Thanks though.

I not in the billing so I don't have access to the paperwork either.

Have you tried to call Avaya and give them the Main listed number. That might work. Also goto the display maintenance there might be a clue there to give Avaya as well.

It's worth a try

U can do 'list trunks'. The main listed number is sometimes there if U don't have it and Avaya should be able to find it anyway without it. It will just take a technician with patience. Or just call the Account Executive at AVaya and ask them.

if you have the company name and address avaya will be able to search for the sold to.

if you do a "display sys cust", you will get the systems SID listed on the right top of the screen, thats all I know you can really get from the switch.
