Hi,

today I´m trying to change all default passwords on a single, stand-alone IPO v9.1.

I discovered there is a system account calles BranchAdmin
with an (yet to me) unknown default password. The account was enabled.

Can I disable System Account BranchAdmin on a standalone IPO
(or change the password)
where I don´t plan to use "IP Office as an enterprise branch".

You can disable that one.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I delete all accounts and groups except enTCPa service (onex) and a super group i create with only my user name and log in in it.

I don't want to know that the user account 'x' has a default password when i go into security settings, so i piss it off.

I don't use DECT and if the customer wants a log in i'll create a group and user account just for them.

If you don't use it, delete the user Remote Manager and the incoming route 'any data' for added security.

Poor speller?
Your in hour sites!
