can Cause Code = 16 in ip office

i have a PRI line . so on i call i got this .
can any one help . to give me steps to fix it

I don't know many cause codes, but if I remember correctly 16 stands for normal call clearing. So there is no fault in the line but something else. Maybe you dial the destination number wrong (00N) or you send a caller ID that is not allowed.
 
It was working properly. I went to drink coffee and then came back and found that he was not working.
